belief

We at Coral ReeForestation© work with restoring damaged reef through a carefully selected coral fragmentation process.

This accelerates the growth and lets us select specific coral species known as "super coral", with the help of these we can restore damaged areas but also prevent future bleaching events.

We are a global NGO working towards restoring as much damaged reef as possible. In consideration to the global warming and bleaching being on of the biggest factors in coral reefs extinction. We focus on reef locally in areas where it has been damaged by human impact, such as; human impact and illegal fishing techniques. Through collaboration with universities and local authorities, we don't only restore reef, we also educate the next generation of the importance of sustainability and its impact on our future.

What is an ocean star?

The ocean star technique is the most efficient way of restoring reef to its former healthy habitat. With this technique, the survival rate is significantly and further limits the amount of management for operational costs.
